What if wellbeing is already yours?

It is natural, normal and possible for you to be well, because at the core level of your being you already are.

Being healthy, happy, well, thin, slender, successful, loved and adored are mental perceptions

Being healthy, happy, well, thin, slender, successful, loved and adored are mental perceptions – beliefs that we host in our subconscious mind. Think 'on purpose.' Your body and the Universe are listening and are on your side – your mental-emotional side. What you dominantly believe, you will receive.

Since I am choosing to be nice to myself...I might as well choose to love and accept of myself unconditionally

Since I am choosing to be nice to myself, comparing, judging and criticizing are not allowed. I am being ME, and from now on I'll be giving myself the unconditional love and acceptance that I've depended on receiving from others. I realize now that there's no way others can give me what they do not possess themselves: Divine perfection. It is up to me now to discover and reconnect to my own.

Focusing on purpose is the key to wellbeing

Using our Free Will to focus upon things that are working in our lives is the key to wellbeing. Because mental statements we keep on saying to ourselves (our thoughts) are energy, and energy flows where attention goes.
So, let's use our ability to focus on purpose! Let’s intentionally focus upon things that are delightful to us, that are working in our lives, and that make us smile. And soon, life will reveal more of the same for us to enjoy!
Write down good things in your life and in yourself and read then often, feeling, imaging, appreciating, smiling, and watch for the sprouts of the miracles beginning to emerge!
Let me know what are you writing down, what are you watching to emerge…

Simple and easy ways to be nice to myself

I like being nice to myself, because I have this choice and it makes me feel good, and because this is normal, natural and desired.
And every day, I am purposely finding simple and easy ways to be nice to myself, like eating an apple or drinking a glass of water, or calling my husband asking how his day is going or cutting fresh roses from the front yard. And I mentally re-affirm 'I love being nice to myself' every time I catch myself in the act of doing so -- and it makes me feel good, because being nice to myself is normal, natural and desired, and on the level of my being I already am.
