I agree with Dr. Agranovich, I've never thought I could focus purposely on 'being nice' to myself, I'm used to finding my faults and criticizing myself (not smart enough, not thin enough, not whatever else enough), but choosing to be nice and appreciating of myself will be new to me and I like this idea. Today I am being nice to myself by taking a walk with my dog and noticing the beauty around me!Amanda Davis
This is great, Amanda! Things that we say to ourselves mentally are our thoughts, and thoughts are energy. And wherever attention goes, the energy goes.
