I would like to propose a ten-day challenge. Play a game of being Happy. Which means pretending, faking, acting out as if ALL is well. I want to witness Life and Universe matching my emotional state of mind: Happiness, and revealing more of events to be happy about.

If there is no source of illness, why are there so many sick people? It is because they have found lots of excuses to hold themselves in vibrational discord with wellness. They are not letting it in. And when they don't let it in, the absence of it looks like sickness. And when enough of them do it you say, "Oh, there must be a source of sickness. In fact, let's give it a label. Let's call it cancer. Let's call it AIDS. Let's call it all kinds of terrible things, and let's imply that it jumps into people's experience." And we say it never jumps into anybody's experience. It's just that people learn through trial and error, and — through banging around with each other — patterns of thought that don't let it in.

Do you have to think specific positive thoughts about your body in order for your body to be the way you want it to be? No. But you have to not think the specific negative thoughts. If you could never again think about your body and, instead, just think pleasant thoughts — your body would reclaim its place of Well-being.

Just like day and night, love and sorrow, pain and joy, we are meant to feel 'up' and 'down' feelings. The fastest way to bring yourself back up is to accept your down. Say to yourself: "It's okay for me to feel what I am feeling now; nothing's wrong, everything is going to be alright. I don't need to know how and when, I just need to know and trust that somehow things are going to get better for me…they always do."

The work is to align your conscious intensions with your unconscious ones. Positive thinking only on intellectual level is not enough for the lasting change, the powerful unconscious mind needs to be re-programed to match the desired outcome. Meditation, trance, hypnosis are quick and effective ways to communicate what you consciously want to your inner mind. And then, the body will be responding to the 'new' mental image by adjusting its appetite, digestive processes and metabolism.

Since I am choosing to be nice to myself, comparing, judging and criticizing are not allowed. I am being ME, and from now on I'll be giving myself the unconditional love and acceptance that I've depended on receiving from others. I realize now that there's no way others can give me what they do not possess themselves: Divine perfection. It is up to me now to discover and reconnect to my own.

Simple and easy ways to be nice to myself




I like being nice to myself, because I have this choice and it makes me feel good, and because this is normal, natural and desired. 
And every day, I am purposely finding simple and easy ways to be nice to myself, like eating an apple or drinking a glass of water, or calling my husband asking how his day is going or cutting fresh roses from the front yard. And I mentally re-affirm 'I love being nice to myself' every time I catch myself in the act of doing so -- and it makes me feel good, because being nice to myself is normal, natural and desired, and on the level of my being I already am.
